• Custom orders and ventilated wigs are made-to-order and require processing time.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. 

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions: 

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Non-Refundable Items:
  • Custom orders & ventilated wigs.
  • Gift cards & promotional items.
• Process:
  • Email crownandbloomexotichair@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds:
  • Processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.
  • Issued to the original payment method.
• Damaged or Defective Items:
  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Crown & Bloom Exotic Hair and may not be used without permission. 

5. Limitation of Liability 

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
• Improper use of our products is at the customer’s own risk.
